BellTrust started with something Belma Medeiros saw again and again: families buying insurance they did not understand, from an agent who spoke fast and only in English, with nobody explaining what compulsory and optional actually mean in Massachusetts.

Belma has more than twenty years in the industry, including years in claims management at a national carrier. She knows what a policy looks like from the inside, when a claim is filed, and she opened BellTrust so that clients would understand their coverage before they ever need it.

As an independent agency, we are not tied to one carrier. We compare options, explain the trade-offs plainly, and tell you when the cheaper policy is not the better one.

Our commitment reaches back home. BellTrust supports the social projects of Zé Luís Solidário in Cabo Verde and opened a service center in São Filipe, on the island of Fogo, in 2024.
